南财智讯9月8日电，新奥能源（02688.HK）公告，UBSAG于2025年9月5日根据香港《公司收购及合并守则》规则22披露了关于新奥能源控股有限公司的证券交易情况。此次交易包括因客户主动发出且由客户需求带动的买卖盘产生的Delta1产品的对冲活动，以及进行既有的追踪指数ETF的交易，共卖出6900股普通股，总金额为439,740.0006港元，最高价为63.9500港元，最低价为63.4000港元。UBSAG是与受要约公司有关连的获豁免自营买卖商，交易为本身账户进行，最终由UBSGroupAG拥有。
