格隆汇9月8日丨小鱼盈通(00139.HK)宣布，经考虑市场状况，集团已于2025年9月8日出售142,648股GIBO合并后股份，总现金代价约342,000美元(不包括交易费用)，市值为每股GIBO合并后股份2.4美元。于2025年9月8日于纳斯达克所报每股GIBO合并后股份之收市价为每股GIBO合并后股份2.4美元。已出售股份之买方为李秋敏。经董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、全悉及确信，已出售股份之对手方为独立第三方。
于出售事项后，集团不再持有任何GIBO合并后股份。
