智通财经APP讯，嘉进投资国际(00310)发布公告，于2025年9月5日(交易时段后)，Easy Ace董事决议将Easy Ace进行有偿债能力的自愿清盘。于本公告日期，Easy Ace为公司间接全资附属公司。Easy Ace的唯一资产为康展投资14.7%股权的投资，而康展投资的唯一投资为中国实体54.0%的实益股权。
于建议清盘开始后，Easy Ace将不再为公司附属公司，其财务状况及业绩亦将不再并入集团的财务状况及业绩。由于Easy Ace并无为集团带来任何收益，而投资的账面值仅为530万港元，尽管建议清盘将导致应收款项撇减至零，对集团的财务状况造成重大影响，董事会认为建议清盘将不会对集团的财务表现及营运造成任何重大不利影响。
