Vine Hill Capital Investment Agrees to Combine With CoinShares International

Vine Hill Capital Investment (VCIC) and CoinShares International have agreed to a business combination agreement that will result in CoinShares publicly trading on the Nasdaq, the companies said Monday.

The merger with the blank-check company values CoinShares at $1.2 billion pre-money on a pro-forma basis, the companies said.

The deal is meant to fund CoinShares' international and US expansion plans.
