据悉，赛沃替尼用于治疗非小细胞肺癌的SACHI研究、SAVANNAH研究以及一项IIIb期验证性研究的最新分析结果将于2025年世界肺癌大会公布。赛沃替尼是一种强效、高选择性的口服MET酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)，由阿斯利康与和黄医药共同开发，并由阿斯利康商业化。
HMPL-653(一种新型、选择性、强效的CSF-1R抑制剂)在中国腱鞘巨细胞瘤患者中开展的首个人体I期临床试验数据将于2025年CSCO年会上首次公布。
