达利欧的家族办公室聘请摩根大通资深人士Alma DeMetropolis担任副首席执行官，标志着其高层管理团队再添一位华尔街巨头老将。
监管文件和网上简历显示，离开摩根大通后，DeMetropolis于今年7月加入达利欧家族办公室。她在摩根大通工作了约33年，离开前担任该行新泽西私人银行部门的董事总经理兼市场经理。
现年76岁的达利欧是桥水创始人，近年逐步淡出这家他在1975年创立并发展成全球最大对冲基金的投资公司后，迅速扩大了其家族办公室的规模。
达利欧位于康涅狄格州Westport的家族办公室负责管理他的私人投资及对海洋勘探等事业的慈善捐款。自2003年成立以来，他的达利欧慈善基金会（Dalio Philanthropies）已捐赠超过70亿美元。
达利欧的净资产据估计达160亿美元。今年他出售了在桥水的剩余股份并离开董事会，结束了十多年前就启动的领导层过渡计划。
