消息面上，近期，各地纷纷出台政策措施助力“金九银十”销售窗口，巩固房地产市场企稳回升势头。自8月下旬起，上海、苏州、长春等城市陆续推出楼市新政，通过放宽限购、取消限售、发放购房补贴等多种方式，降低购房成本，激发住房消费潜力。
国泰海通发布研报称，考虑9月迎来传统营销旺季，我们认为房企加快推盘节奏和加大折扣力度是大概率事件；此外，以京沪为代表的核心一线已经出台了放松限购等利好政策，深圳有望加速跟进。建议关注9月海外降息/国内宏观货币政策打开空间，以及城市更新和收储等政策落地情况。
