消息面上，据市场媒体报道，新世界发展旗下K11 MUSEA商场的8月人流创开业以来单月新高，整个暑假期间，旅客平均单笔消费亦同比升约30%。集团指出，K11 MUSEA及K11 Art Mall自今年7月初的连串活动吸引访客，8月整体人流同比升约20%。K11亦联乘商户推出消费礼遇，带动整个暑假期间的访客消费，当中K11 MUSEA的旅客平均单笔消费同比升约30%。钟表珠宝品牌的表现尤其突出，会员销售额同比升20%。
中国内地市场方面，天津K11 Select于7月的人流同比增长12%，突破43万人次，创下开业以来单月新高；同期整体销售额较去年增长19%。广州K11在暑期举办“100%多啦A梦&FRIENDS”巡回特展广州站，并引入逾30间高级品牌首店及新概念店，带动暑假期间人流同比增长36%，整体销售额亦同比上升24%。
