新浪科技讯 9月5日中午消息，新浪科技获悉，抖音电商近日升级了对商家违规操作以消除品退与差评问题的治理力度，并在内部将其划为S级专项。
有抖音商家透露，平台运营人员已经向商家下发通知称，平台即将开始启动激进治理，要求商家停止任何消除品退和消除差评刷分的行为，并警告如有违规将“100%落罚”。
据新浪科技了解，此次专项治理的背景是平台发现部分商家在收到差评和因商品品质问题产生售后时，恶意利用平台规则，导致真实用户售后和评价无法正常呈现。例如：消费者给出差评后，商家以售后补偿为由，主动向其发送包含无关商品信息的“仅退款卡片”；或者在用户主动发起售后申请时，商家无合理理由拒绝，随后自行创建另一售后卡片引导用户进行售后处理。
根据抖音电商相关规定，若商家出现上述违规消除品退、差评等刷单炒信行为，平台将对商家按违规情节严重或特别严重进行处置，包括但不限于扣除违约金、限制参加活动、店铺清退等处理措施。
