D3 Energy (ASX:D3E) said that its formal production right application over part of its ER315 permit in South Africa's Free State province was accepted by the regulator, Petroleum Agency SA, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
A recent maiden reserve certification completed by Sproule ERCE confirmed net 2P reserves of 10.91 billion cubic feet of methane and 706 million cubic feet of helium.
The application was lodged around 12 months ahead of schedule and under budget.
