Triton Minerals (ASX:TON) has received the final AU$8.5 million payment from NQM Gold, marking a key milestone under the deed of settlement and deed of variation, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The payment received in two tranches, with AU$3 million paid directly to the company and AU$5.5 million transferred to a trust account to be released upon meeting the conditions of the share sale and purchase agreement, the filing said.
