9月8日，罗欣药业（维权）（002793）发布公告，陈娴因工作调动申请辞去公司财务负责人职务，辞职自2025年9月5日起生效，辞职后将担任公司创新运营管理办公室副主任。截至公告披露日，陈娴未持有公司股份。

公司于2025年9月8日召开董事会，聘任武永生为新任财务负责人，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满之日止。武永生先生拥有硕士研究生学历及中级会计师、注册会计师资格，之前曾担任多家公司的财务管理职务。

截止公告披露日，武永生未直接持有公司股份，但通过认购公司2024年员工持股计划间接持有公司股票40万股。他与持有公司5%以上股份的股东及其他高级管理人员之间不存在关联关系。

2025年中期，罗欣药业实现收入10.77亿元，归母净利润1770万元。
