智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2025年9月8日(收市后)，买方公司间接全资附属公司厦门百应融资租赁有限责任公司根据融资租赁协议与利盛发展订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方同意以代价人民币3000万元向利盛发展购买租回资产，并向利盛发展出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。
据悉，租回资产为2台供水机组、1台净化及污水处理设备、2套配电板(高低压)及1个中央控制系统。
