智通财经APP讯，五菱汽车(00305)发布公告，本公司接获本公司间接控股股东—广西汽车集团有限公司(广西汽车)通知，根据广西壮族自治区党委及广西壮族自治区人民政府相关政策，广西壮族自治区人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会(广西国资委)将其持有广西汽车的80%股权，将以零对价方式划转至广西国控资本运营集团有限公司(广西国控)(该重组)。
广西国控乃广西国资委全资拥有公司，广西国控作为自治区层面国有资本投资运营公司，受广西国资委委托履行出资人的职责。经本次国有股权无偿划转，广西国控将承接广西国资委持有广西汽车的80%股权，其目的为优化国有资本布局。
该重组完成后，广西汽车的80%股权将由广西国控持有，而广西汽车仍保持为本公司控股股东，持有本公司已发行股本约56.54%。
