Janus Electric Holdings Advances US Expansion With Multiple Orders From Ability Trimodal

Janus Electric Holdings (ASX:JNS) has received a deposit from Ability Trimodal in Southern California to deliver the first two battery-swapping Class 8 prime trucks in the US market, alongside a commitment to deliver a charge and change station, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The two trucks will be converted by Electric Vehicle Choice (EVC), the company's authorized dealer in Southern California.

The project has an aggregate value of $1.25 million to Janus.

The company added that it has engaged Promise Energy to deliver the installation of a charge & change station at Ability Trimodal's Carson facility, coupled with onsite solar to feed the station.

Company shares jumped 16% on market close.
