智通财经APP获悉，艾德金融旗下艾德证券期货宣布，已获香港证监会批准，正式升级第9类受规管活动(资产管理)牌照。这一突破性进展使集团成为香港少数能够在合规框架下同时提供数字资产交易及数字资产管理服务的持牌机构。
根据证监会最新指引，此次牌照升级允许艾德证券期货管理持仓比例高达100%的数字资产投资基金，不再受限于传统框架中加密资产不得超过10%的规定。
艾德金融集团发言人表示，此次牌照升级不仅拓宽了集团的资产管理业务范畴，从传统投资组合与基金管理延伸至数字资产管理，更能全面回应客户的多元化需求。随着监管环境逐步完善，集团有信心吸引更多机构投资者及高净值客户，巩固其在金融科技与数字金融服务领域的领先优势。
