智通财经APP获悉，中国联通(00762)AH股午后急升。截至发稿，中国联通H股涨2.54%，报9.68港元，成交额7.28亿港元；中国联通A股现涨超5%。
消息面上，近日，工业和信息化部向中国联通颁发卫星移动通信业务经营许可。中国联通可依法开展手机直连卫星等业务，深化应急通信、海事通信、偏远地区通信等场景应用，丰富通信服务与产品供给。下一步，工业和信息化部将统筹发展和安全，进一步优化卫星通信市场准入，强化全链条监管与安全保障，促进我国卫星通信产业高质量发展，有力支撑网络强国、航天强国、数字中国建设。
此外，工信部近期发布《关于优化业务准入促进卫星通信产业发展的指导意见》。万联证券指出，本次《指导意见》的出台，有望从产业、技术和应用端共同促进我国卫星通信产业的有序发展。产业端，我国低轨卫星组网进程有望进一步提速；技术端，人工智能、5G/6G 等创新技术有望和卫星通信产业进一步融合，推动通信网络及相关软硬件技术持续进步；应用端，手机、汽车等终端直连卫星的商用化进程有望再提速。
