Investore Property (NZE:IPL) entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Stride Property & Stride Investment Management (NZE:SPG) to acquire the Silverdale Centre for NZ$114 million, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The acquisition requires shareholder approval, and settlement is expected on Oct. 31, the filing said.
The deal will be funded using debt facilities, and an offer of up to NZ$62.5 million of notes, the filing added.
