Stride Property Group (NZE:SPG) said that Stride Investment Management has agreed to proposed amendments to Investore Property's (NZE:IPL) management agreement aimed at expanding its investment mandate and enhancing fee structures, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Subject to Investore shareholder approval, the amendments will broaden the mandate to cover convenience-based retail properties and update the building management fees structure to be more market-aligned, the filing said.
They will also introduce flexibility for additional management services with agreed fees and grant Investore's board full control over capital management policies, per the filing.
