凌浩已获委任为公司执行董事兼公司董事会主席。钟郝仪已卸任董事会主席职务，并将继续担任公司独立非执行董事。李昕已获委任为公司执行董事兼集团行政总裁。雷立群已获委任为公司执行董事。罗伟民已获委任为公司非执行董事。
董事委员会将作出以下变动： (a)凌浩已以公司执行董事身份获委任为提名委员会主席。 (b)李昕已以公司执行董事身份获委任为提名委员会成员及公司风险委员会主席。 (c)雷立群已以公司执行董事身份获委任为公司薪酬委员会成员。 (d)罗伟民已以公司非执行董事身份获委任为公司审核委员会成员。 (e)钟郝仪已以公司独立非执行董事身份获委任为环境、社会及管治委员会成员。彼不再担任审核委员会成员，并已卸任提名委员会主席职务，惟将继续担任提名委员会成员。 (f)钟洁仪不再担任风险委员会成员。 (g)张明明不再担任薪酬委员会成员。彼已卸任风险委员会主席职务，惟将继续担任风险委员会成员。
李昕已获委任为香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则第3.05条项下公司的新授权代表。
李昕已获委任为香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下公司的新授权代表。
