　　嘉进投资国际（00310）发布公告，于2025年9月5日，公司拟配售5亿股配售股份，相当于经配发及发行配售股份扩大后公司已发行股本约80.50%。配售价为每股配售股份0.090港元，较2024年3月28日收市价每股0.100港元折让约10.00%。

　　配售事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额估计分别为约4500万港元及4200万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额合共4200万港元用于投资收购、赎回可换股票据及集团的一般营运资金。
