Japan Kyosei Group (HKG:0627) is proposing to change its English name to Vision Synergy Holdings Limited, alongside a change in its Chinese name, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The name change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
The property developer said the new name will better reflect the direction of its future development.
