金吾财讯 | 内房股普升，碧桂园(02007)涨4.49%，富力地产(02777)涨4.29%，中梁控股(02772)涨4.17%，龙光集团(03380)涨3.37%，融创中国(01918)涨2.60%，雅居乐集团(03383)涨2.30%，新城发展(01030)涨2.98%，中国金茂(00817)涨2.11%。消息面上，中信证券表示，总体来看，认为房地产市场挑战存在，但企业透过多种措施应对挑战，也维持了稳健的资产负债表。房价过高，房地产供给过大的局面已经发生了根本性的变化，市场已经有了止跌回稳的基础，市场惯性下行则需外力扭转。与此同时，商业地产尤其是购物中心的确处于向上重估周期，且和住宅开发周期并不同步。西南证券表示，行业阶段性企稳，宽松政策有望持续释放，看好经营稳健的优质房企。
