ChainCatcher 消息，据港交所公告，港股上市公司映宇宙宣布斥资 3 亿港元折价认购国富量子股份，拟推动 Web 3 生态建设。据悉双方已订立认购协议，国富量子有条件同意向公司发行合共约 1.69 亿股认购股份，认购价为每股 1.78 港元。交易完成后，双方将配合香港政府推动数字经济发展的政策，在金融科技领域进行战略投资。
