Odaily星球日报讯 特朗普长子持股的 Thumzup（TZUP）媒体公司发布股东信表示，拟收购 DogeHash Technologies 建立 DOGE 矿场企业，完成向加密货币矿业领导者的战略转型。公司已斥资 100 万美元买入比特币，同时其董事会已授权增持 DOGE、LTC、SOL、XRP、ETH 和 USDC 等加密货币，并授权买入 2500 台 DOGE 矿机，后续可能会再增加购买 1000 台矿机。
此前消息，Thumzup（TZUP）将以全股票方式收购 Dogehash Technologies，公司将更名为“Dogehash Technologies Holdings, Inc.”，并在纳斯达克以新股票代码“XDOG”交易，该交易预计将在今年年底前完成。
