公开资料显示，中深建业作为总承包商或分包商，负责建设项目的整体协调及管理。主要从事提供不同建筑服务，包括建筑工程；市政公用工程；地基基础工程；及专业承包工程。该公司近期发布的2025年中期业绩显示，期内实现收益2.01亿元，同比减少46.9%；公司拥有人应占亏损1181万元，去年同期则取得溢利33.5万元。公告指出，收益减少主要由于本期内工程施工项目减少。
