香港政府或发行第3批绿色/社会/基础设施数字债券，并于近期与意象方接洽。

　　这笔潜在的代币化债券期限包括2年、3年和5年。可能由汇丰旗下的分散式账本（DLT）平台HSBC Orion发行，并与香港金管局债务工具中央结算系统（CMU）整和，使国际投资者能参与投资。

　　投资者可以利用通过CMU的现有基础设施，与欧洲清算银行（Euroclear）和明讯银行（Clearstream）投资这笔数字债券，与香港政府2024年2月发行的数字债券投资模式相同。

　　参与银行可能包括汇丰银行、中银香港、交通银行、法国巴黎银行、法国东方汇理银行、工银亚洲、摩根大通、渣打银行、法国兴业银行和瑞银。

　　9月1日，香港财经事务及库务局局长许正宇在香港立法会财经事务委员会会议时表示，香港特区政府会将代币化债券发行恒常化，金管局正准备协助政府发行第3批代币化债券。

　　在香港政府2025-26年财政预算案中提到，特区政府将规范代币化债券的发行，希望鼓励更广泛的发行人和投资者参与到数字债券产品的发行和分销。
