· 美国 8 月季调后非农就业人口 (万人) 预期 7.5，前值 7.3，该数据报告了美国非农部门就业人数的变动情况，即排除农业部门的就业数据。通过对美国的企业、政府机构和非农业部门进行抽样调查得出。每月的第一个星期五，美国劳工部发布前一个月的非农就业数据报告。
· 美国 8 月失业率预期 4.30%，前值 4.20%，该数据是指一定时期内，失业人口占劳动人口的比率（一定时期全部就业人口中有工作意愿而仍未有工作的劳动力数字），旨在衡量闲置中的劳动产能，是反映一个国家或地区失业状况的主要指标。失业率是最重要的经济指标之一，深受劳动市场供需以及经济循环之影响，失业率的高低，也反映了经济的运行状况。
