mm2 Asia's (SGX:1B0) subsidiary, MM2 Screen Management, received writ of summons and statement of claims by Antenna Entertainments, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Based on the claim, Antenna is seeking a payment of 1.3 million ringgit for film distribution agreements at an interest rate of 5% per year, along with legal costs.
The company is currently seeking legal advice and intends to review the matter and respond accordingly.
