智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)附属中信海直(000099.SZ)发布公告，公司于近日收到控股股东中国中海直有限责任公司发出的《关于调整中信海洋直升机股份有限公司非独立董事的函》，其推荐担任公司第八届董事会非独立董事的杨威先生因工作调整原因，将不再担任公司董事;推荐张坚先生担任公司第八届董事会非独立董事。离任后，杨威先生将不再担任公司任何职务。
经公司董事会提名委员会审核通过，公司董事会决定提名张坚先生为公司第八届董事会非独立董事候选人，任期自公司股东大会选举通过之日起至公司第八届董事会任期届满。
