Odaily星球日报讯 特朗普媒体科技集团宣布已完成与 Crypto.com 的收购协议，以每枚约 0.153 美元的价格购入 6.844 亿枚 Cronos（CRO），交易金额约 1,050 万美元。此次交易以 50%股票与 50%现金的方式完成，所购代币约占当前 CRO 流通量的 2%。
据悉，这批代币将托管于 Crypto.com 的机构级托管平台 Crypto.com Custody，并可通过质押获取额外收益。交易中置换的 CRO 及特朗普媒体科技集团股份均设有锁定（Globenewswire）
