智通财经APP讯，亿华通(02402)发布公告，本公司于2025年9月5日召开的本公司第四届董事会第三次会议审议通过了《关于终止发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项的议案》，同意终止可能交易，并授权本公司管理层办理终止相关事宜。
可能交易自启动以来，本公司及相关各方积极推动可能交易的各项工作，并严格按照相关规定履行信息披露义务。由于交易双方未能就可能交易的最终方案达成一致意见，为切实维护本公司和投资者利益，经本公司与交易各相关方友好协商、认真研究和充分论证，基于审慎性考虑，决定终止可能交易事项。
终止可能交易事项系经本公司审慎研究，并与交易对方充分沟通、友好协商后做出的决定。目前本公司生产经营情况正常，可能交易终止不会对本公司的生产经营和财务状况造成重大不利影响，不存在损害本公司及中小股东利益的情形。
