智通财经APP讯，中国旭阳集团(01907)发布公告，有关旭阳集团与北京亿华通订立的框架协议项下的潜在出售事项及潜在增资的相关事宜。由于交易双方未能就本次潜在出售事项及潜在增资的最终方案达成一致意见，为切实维护本公司和投资者利益，旭阳集团及北京亿华通已决定不进行潜在出售事项及潜在增资。于2025年9月5日，旭阳集团与北京亿华通订立了一份终止协议(终止协议)，双方一致同意终止框架协议，并免除及解除彼等各自于框架协议项下的责任，自终止协议日期起生效。
董事会认为，终止框架协议将不会对本集团的业务营运及财务状况产生任何重大不利影响。
