　　清盘人谨此宣布，买卖协议项下的先决条件已达成，且收购事项于2025年9月4日根据买卖协议的条款及条件完成。于完成后，目标公司已成为公司的间接全资附属公司，其财务业绩、资产及负债将并入集团的财务报表。
