　　猫屎咖啡控股（01869）发布公告，公司已与银柘科技（广州）有限公司（以下简称银柘科技）订立无法律约束力的谅解备忘录。基于本谅解备忘录，双方将发挥各自平台资源优势，在全面探讨合作意向，合作方式及其他相关条款有待进一步磋商及签订正式合作协议。

　　公告称，董事会相信该备忘录，既有利于上市公司原有战略规划的优化升级，也可以为上市公司拓展在供应链、产品线上销售、大数据、数位化科技服务等更多领域发展空间，为公司带来新的发展机遇。
