* 继北京和上海之后，中国又一个一线城市楼市政策再松绑。深圳市住建局上周五深夜宣布，分区优化调整居民购买商品住房政策，周六起，符合该市商品住房购买条件的居民家庭，在罗湖区、宝安区（不含新安街道）、龙岗区、龙华区、坪山区、光明区范围内购房不限套数。
继8月初北京率先落地优化楼市政策后，上海8月下旬也跟进，限购政策和公积金政策的优化内容与北京基本一致。不同的是，本次上海明确在利率定价机制安排方面不再区分首套住房和二套住房，且进一步降低购房者房产税支出。（完）
