消息面上，公司旗下K11 MUSEA的8月客流创开业以来单月新高，整个暑假期间，旅客平均单笔消费亦同比增长约30%。主攻Z世代市场的 K11 Art Mall 亦在暑假接连举办人气主题活动，如 KALOS与《鱿鱼游戏3》联乘期间限定店、Nintendo Switch 2 游戏《咚奇刚 蕉力全开》试玩活动等。K11 MUSEA 及 K11 Art Mall 的连串活动吸引访客络绎不绝，8月人流均创开业以来的单月新高，整体人流按年增长约20%。
另外，集团旗下天津 K11 Select 于7月的人流按年增长12%，突破43万人次，创下开业以来单月新高；同期整体销售额较去年增长19%。深圳 K11 ECOAST 在暑期推出“海滨夏日季”，透过全国首个“海绵宝宝比奇堡开F.U.N.日”、英国艺术家 Philip Colbert 的龙虾系列装置、“非遗唐卡主题展—未来相”等活动，引进国际IP以丰富文化体验，刺激7月及8月的月均销售总额提升20%。
