Odaily星球日报讯 据 Business Times 报道，新加坡华侨银行（OCBC）宣布推出 10 亿美元区块链数字美元商业票据（USCP）计划，成为全球首家实现全生命周期区块链发行的 USCP 发行人。该计划通过 JPMorgan 的 Kinexys Digital Assets 平台和 Digital Debt Service 应用支持，首笔六个月期票据已完成发行，所募资金将用于一般用途。
