Sadot Group COO Miller Resigns

Sadot Group's Chief Operating Officer Kenn Miller has resigned.

Miller's resignation is effective Sept. 25, according to a company filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

His resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company, or any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices, afiling said.

Miller was appointed COO of Muscle Maker in 2018. The Sadot Group was formed in 2022 through an agreement between Muscle Maker and Aggia FZ, a global supply chain consulting operation based in Dubai, according to the company's website.
