Orient Tradelink Board Approves Name Change, Preferential Share Issue; Shares Jump 9%

Orient Tradelink (BOM:531512) said its board has approved changing the company's name to Radiant Global Ventures Limited, or another name approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, according to a Friday filing on the BSE.

Shares of the company were up nearly 9% in recent trade.

The board also approved the issuance of 4,050,000 equity shares at 22 Indian rupees per share, including a 12 rupee premium, on a preferential basis, the company said in the filing.
