智通财经APP讯，瑞安建业(00983)公布，于2025年9月8日，公司的直接全资附属公司浪佳有限公司拟向武汉玉景投资管理有限公司出售瑞安物业管理服务有限公司全部已发行股本，代价港币1亿元(可予调整)。预期该集团将取得出售事项净收益约港币4700万元。
据悉，目标集团主要于香港从事物业管理服务。
经考虑目标集团的规模、客户及资本需求明显不同于集团主营业务线，其持续留存分散管理层注意及集团核心业务资源。因此，出售事项恰逢其时，使集团得以变现目标集团的内在价值、实现投资回报及将所得款项重新分配至预期能带来更高资本回报且与集团现有业务及资产基础更具协同效益的业务及项目。
