8月29日，中国工商银行股份有限公司（601398.SH，01398.HK，下称“工商银行”）发布公告称，段红涛因职务变动原因，已向董事会提交辞呈，辞去该行副行长、董事会秘书及公司秘书职务。其辞任自当日生效。
公告显示，段红涛确认与董事会之间无意见分歧，亦无任何与辞任相关需提请股东或债权人关注的事宜，且相关工作已顺利完成交接。工商银行董事会对段红涛在任期间做出的贡献表示衷心感谢。
公开资料显示，工商银行成立于1984年1月，于2006年10月在上交所主板和港交所同步上市，主要业务涵盖人民币存贷款、国际结算、外汇交易及投资银行等领域，拥有国内最大的资产规模和客户基础。
