新浪科技讯 9月8日晚间消息，近日，有网传图片显示，某车企销售人员在宣传过程中宣称蔚来汽车换电模式“二手车处置非常麻烦，如果你想要卖车的话，买家必须得要接受您的电池租赁合同，然后通过了蔚来的资质审核才行，这样的话会影响你的车辆残值跟出手的速度”。

　　对此，蔚来用户运营负责人杨波发文回应称：蔚来的电池租赁（BaaS）是给用户“选择权”而非“束缚”，用户可根据自身财务规划、用车周期灵活选择电池买断或租赁，且租赁期间电池的维护、保修均由蔚来承担，这是对用户成本与风险的双重优化。

　　他表示，新能源产品迭代快，有一部分用户换车周期都比较短，而这就是Baas的优势所在。

　　杨波称，而对于换车周期长的用户，换电，电池升级是非常利好这一部分用户人群，谁敢想象7年前的创始版ES8依然可以换一块全新的100度电池国庆期间奔赴珠穆朗玛峰。

　　蔚来高级副总裁沈斐在转发该内容时表示：不管是对BaaS的解释还是后面的要求。请蔚来和乐道的fellow引以为鉴，严格要求自己。如果违规，我会严肃处理。记住，小胜靠智，大胜靠德。当然，如果仅有自命清高式的德，秀才遇到兵，也是不行的。要同时提升自己强悍的能力，遇到乱仗，硬仗，都要能打得赢。
