Nice (NICE) said Monday that it completed its acquisition of Cognigy after receiving all required regulatory approvals.
Nice said the acquisition will help further accelerate its AI roadmap and immediately provide Cognigy's conversational AI to its network of over 25,000 customers.
Shares were up 2.3% in recent premarket activity.
