针对法国当地媒体有关 “启动新刑事诉讼” 的报道，飞利浦公司发言人于周一回应称，法国方面尚未就飞利浦睡眠呼吸暂停设备召回事件展开新调查。

　　2021 年，飞利浦曾发起一次全球范围召回，涉及约 1500 万台设备，其中法国地区涉及 35 万台。此次召回的起因是，当时有担忧指出，设备中的聚氨酯泡沫可能会出现降解，进而引发健康问题 —— 包括头痛、呼吸道刺激，甚至存在潜在致癌风险。

　　这家荷兰医疗科技企业的发言人在发给路透社的声明中表示：“2023 年启动的现行诉讼，已涵盖飞利浦在 2021 年召回事件前后被指存在的相关行为。”

　　该发言人补充道：“此次诉讼并未对飞利浦目前在法国市场销售产品的质量及安全性提出指控。”

　　去年，飞利浦已同意支付 11 亿美元（折合 9.375 亿欧元），以了结美国地区相关诉讼。

　　目前暂未能联系到巴黎检察官就此置评。

　　此前，受法国将启动新刑事调查的报道影响，飞利浦股价一度下跌近 5%；截至格林尼治标准时间 12 时 49 分，其股价跌幅收窄至 1.3%。
