格隆汇9月8日丨朸浚国际(01355.HK)公告，于2025年9月8日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司拟按唯一及独家基准委任配售代理以竭尽全力基准配售及促使认购配售股份，惟须遵守配售协议所载条款及条件。配售代理须促使不少于六名承配人按配售价每股配售股份0.063港元认购最多198,840,000股配售股份。
每股配售股份0.063港元配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报每股收市价0.071港元折让约11.27%；配售事项所得款项净额(经扣除应付配售代理的文件及配售费用、专业费用及配售事项产生的其他相关成本及开支后)最高将约为1237万港元，将用于集团医疗保健及美容业务的进一步发展。
