南财智讯9月5日电，新奥能源（02688.HK）公告，UBSAG于2025年9月4日卖出公司股份43600股。此次交易分为两部分：一是因客户主动发出的买卖盘产生的Delta1产品对冲活动，卖出18,100股，总金额1,149,079.9935美元，每股价格区间为63.4673—63.5250美元；二是既有的追踪指数ETF的交易，卖出25,500股，总金额1,609,050.0000美元，每股价格为63.1000美元。UBSAG作为与受要约公司有关连的获豁免自营业买卖商，最终由UBSGroupAG拥有。
