ChainCatcher 消息，据《联合早报》报道，已倒闭的区块链公司 Terraform Labs 联合创始人 Do Kwon 索要新加坡乌节路一套顶层公寓约 50% 的购房款，但被新加坡高等法院驳回。
在其加密货币 TerraUSD 和 Luna 于 2022 年崩盘的五个月前，Do Kwon 就已将目光锁定在价值 3880 万新元的 Sculptura Ardmore 公寓。其选中了位于该项目 19 层的一套 7600 平方英尺的复式四居室顶层公寓，这是该项目仅有的三套顶层公寓之一。Do Kwon 支付了约 1940 万新元的期权费和后续款项，几乎相当于购买价的一半。但最终未能完成购买，该公寓最终以 3450 万新元的价格转售。虽然据称开发商已没收了 Do Kwon 支付的款项，但 Do Kwon 辩称该没收无效，并委托其妻子向新加坡高等法院提起诉讼。Do Kwon 的申请于 7 月 26 日被驳回。
