东南网架公告，公司于近日收到杭州金开城发置业有限公司发来的《中标通知书》，确定公司与潮峰钢构集团有限公司、浙江省建筑设计研究院有限公司组成的联合体为“杭政储出（2025）20号智能机器人及康养医疗科技研发基地项目一期EPC工程总承包”的中标单位。本项目中标总金额为人民币13.23亿元。公司与潮峰钢构集团有限公司负责采购与施工，浙江省建筑设计研究院有限公司负责设计。本次中标项目为联合体中标，公司所涉及签约金额以后续各方签订具体实施协议约定为准。本项目的顺利实施将对公司未来经营产生积极影响。
