ChainCatcher 消息，据 BusinessTimes 报道，新加坡华侨银行（OCBC）宣布发行规模高达 10 亿美元的区块链数字美国商业票据（US commercial paper，简称 USCP），这批六个月期票据借助代币化证券及链上资金，并在区块链上保存记录和提供服务。据悉首批票据发行已完成，投资方是一家合格投资机构，华侨银行没有披露其具体名称，但表示本次 10 亿美元区块链数字美国商业票据的独家交易商是摩根大通。
